This medium roast blend of select coffees from Central and South America serves as our "house blend."  It's perfect as an every day drinker, but we recommend it as the coffee to start drinking once you adopt your rescue dog.

It's smooth, clean, and consistent for a flavorful cup every time.  And it provides just enough of an extra boost to help you put in the extra energy you'll need when you bring your rescue dog home.

This blend features a medium body with tasting notes of nutty, sweet chocolate, mild citrus and a clean bright finish.

These blended beans are both natural/dry processed and wet mill washed/sun dried.

These techniques are friendly to the environment, the rain forests, and the living creatures of the high elevation mountains where these coffees are grown.
