Introducing Sipi Highlands Reserve, a true gem in our collection and perhaps our rarest offering yet…
This single-origin coffee hails from the Sipi region in Uganda’s Kapchorwa District, where the fertile highlands produce beans unlike any other.
Grown at elevations between 1,500 and 2,500 meters, this specialty-grade coffee is crafted from Bourbon varietals, revered in the coffee world for their distinct flavor and complexity.
Among these varietals, the prestigious Blue Mountain stands out, adding richness with subtle chocolate undertones and bright, vibrant acidity. This unique combination of Bourbon varietals creates a coffee that is perfectly balanced, with a light body, mild acidity, and nuanced notes of floral, chocolate, and dark fruits.
Each bean is fully washed and sun-dried, allowing the natural terroir to shine through, resulting in a cup that is both intricate and incredibly smooth.
Whether you’re a casual coffee drinker or a seasoned connoisseur, Sipi Highlands Reserve offers an unforgettable experience in every sip.
